Your Printable Healthy (Vegan) Grocery List

I was having a chat with my girlfriends the other day, trying to convince them to try the 30 day Vegan Challenge and they made it clear that they had no idea what to buy to even start.

So I made them a customised vegan grocery list, and now I’m sharing it with all of you!

I know it can be a bit overwhelming when you’re standing in those food isles with all the options. It’s admittedly so much better when someone’s told you what to buy and you can tick off a list.

Obviously, you don’t have to buy some of these all at once, you can alternate with fruits and veggies depending on what and when you’re cooking.

This printable list isn’t specifically for vegans, it could also be used if you want to include some healthier foods into your diet. This will help you get your pantry stocked.

Fruits:

  • Bananas
  • Apples
