I haven’t done a recipe post in ages! I’m still experimenting with different techniques and ingredients and a lot of the recipes I follow on the daily are already on the amazing vegan blogs that I follow. Let’s start from the very beginning. What? Why? When? and How? What? Allow me to preface by saying that no, I am not 100% vegan 100% of the time. And I’m okay with that. I’m a firm believer in the vegan lifestyle but I personally follow a vegan diet at least 98% of the time. I’m not professing to be a perfect vegan and I don’t think I ever will be.
